With the toenails turning blue it sound as though you need to see a doc so they can check your circulation. My feet are always cold bu my nails never turn blue, I still had my circ. checked just to be sure it was fine.What causes legs and feet to stay cold . Also toenail turning blue.?

Get thee to a doctor immediately! Cold legs and blue toe nails imply poor circulation. This can be caused by many things but ultimately, if your legs aren't getting enough blood to them, then the smallest injury can become infected.
Poor circulation can result in nerves losing their sensation so unless you physically saw a wound, you may never know it's there until too late - and the worst case scenario there is amputation.
You have a clear sign that something is very very wrong. Act now.
